Apartment LLL has undergone a complete renovation, transforming a traditional second-floor living unit into a modern and welcoming space. Previously, the entrance opened onto a hallway that served as the access point to various rooms, distinctly separating the kitchen from the living area.

The renovation project eliminated the hallway, creating an entrance that opens directly into a large open-plan living space. The kitchen has been integrated into the living area, fostering a bright and fluid environment.

A key feature of the project was the conversion of the attic, now transformed into an open space dedicated to recreational activities, relaxation, and storage. This intervention enriched the home without compromising the functionality of the primary living areas.

The staircase that previously connected the apartment to the attic has been retained and made accessible from within the home, improving access and enhancing the connection between the two levels.
