The residence “The Terraces” represents a project that combines modernity and functionality while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding urban context. The five housing units are designed to offer comfortable and flexible living spaces: four face the main road and are accessible via a central staircase served by an elevator, while an independent villa at the back features a separate entrance and a garden on three sides.

The two ground-floor units enjoy private gardens and direct access to the garage, while the two first-floor units are distinguished by spacious terraces and the presence of lofts that create an interconnection between the different levels, resulting in open and bright spaces.

A key element of the project is the main facade facing the street, characterized by projecting volumes defined by black frames that outline terraces and balconies. These volumes create a strong visual impact and confer a distinctive architectural quality, enhancing the relationship between the building and its surroundings. The contrast between the modern shapes and the traditional wooden roof adds complexity and depth to the project.

The facade, regular and symmetrical, expresses a formal clarity that makes the reading of the interior spaces immediate while maintaining a balance between simplicity and rigor. Through a search for clean and linear architectural solutions, the project offers a contemporary interpretation of living, creating a harmonious dialogue between form and functionality within the urban context.
