The renovation and reconstruction project stands out for its architectural language that enhances the regularity and purity of forms, perfectly harmonizing with the surrounding environment. The new construction, articulated in an “L” configuration, follows two main axes that precisely and orderly delineate the space, imparting a sense of rigor and coherence to the entire intervention.

At the crossroads of these axes rises a square tower, the central element of the project and an architectural symbol housing the master bedroom. The theme of the square, recurrent throughout the design, is reflected both in the overall geometry of the structure and in details such as the windows, framed by slender metal profiles that enhance their linearity and refinement.

The main axis is dedicated to the living area, illuminated by large glass surfaces that flood the interiors with natural light, creating a continuous dialogue between inside and outside. This axis culminates in a terrace that extends the living area outward, offering a private and welcoming space ideal for convivial moments.

The second axis, reserved for the sleeping quarters, ensures functional and visual separation between the daytime spaces and the more intimate areas of the house, optimizing the internal layout and ensuring privacy. At the center of the project, an underground swimming pool develops parallel to the main axis, reflecting the architectural lines and adding an element of tranquility and visual harmony.

The choice of materials plays a fundamental role in defining the character of the building. Stone, a symbol of solidity and tradition, is used to impart a sense of stability and longevity to the structure. This material, besides reinforcing the elegant and timeless architectural expression of the project, underscores the attention to quality construction and sustainability, creating a deep bond between the new architecture and the natural context in which it is set.
