The project seamlessly integrates into the hilly context overlooking the town below, maximizing the privileged position of the site. The building is organized across three levels: a basement, a ground floor, and a first floor, maintaining a constant dialogue with the surrounding landscape.

Access to the house is from the road located at the basement level, where both the vehicular and pedestrian entrances are situated. This level houses a professional space that opens onto an external terrace and a private garden, designed as a comfortable and easily accessible studio. In addition to the studio, this level also accommodates garages and service rooms connected to the residence.

Ascending to the ground floor, one enters the main living areas of the house, which are elevated above street level, ensuring greater privacy. The expansive glazed surfaces play a crucial role in dissolving the boundaries between interior and exterior, creating a fluid fusion with the landscape. These transparent elements not only enhance the views but also maximize natural light, visually linking the building to the surrounding panorama.

The first floor is characterized by a transverse volume that protrudes from the building’s longitudinal development. This section houses the master bedroom, adorned with a large window framing the bed and offering breathtaking views of the town and the rolling hills. The room also features a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, maintaining the same focus on comfort and visual connection with the outdoors.

The project is distinguished by a meticulous combination of modern lines and traditional materials, integrating respectfully and elegantly with the local context. While the house exhibits an innovative character, it discreetly fits into the landscape, maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the region’s architectural heritage. It is a residence that rises on the hillside, emphasizing panoramic views and striving to create a welcoming, warm environment while remaining contemporary.
